Discover SynNano
SynNano is Synelixis innovative solution that extends the capabilities of the SynField system. SynNano is a peripheral monitoring and control device that acts as an extension of the SynField head node to which it connects wirelessly, so that it communicates and receives commands from the SynField web platform.
SynNano:
- Connects wirelessly to the SynField X5 head-node. The interconnection between the SynOdos device and the SynField node is based on the LoRa wireless technology.
- Allows you to set up a network of interconnected devices with SynField nodes that cover the area of large farms wirelessly, efficiently and economically.
- Supports up to two sensors and up to two actuators (valves, relays, remote irrigation etc).
- Supports a plethora of off-the-self sensors (vendor independent) and actuators (valves, relays)
- Operates exclusively on battery power, without the need for a direct connection to an external power source.
- Incorporates a high-capacity LiSOCl₂ battery which allows the device to operate continuously for more than 10 years without a battery change!
- Connects easily with the SynField Cloud application, for real-time data monitoring.
LoRa wireless technology
The interconnection between SynField and SynNano device is based on the LoRa wireless technology.
The distance between SynField and SynNano node can reach up to 3 km.

More than 10 years without a battery change!
SynNano operates exclusively on battery, without requiring a connection to an external power source. The device incorporates state of the art LiSOCl₂ battery to be able to work continuously for more than 10 years without a battery change. Lithium thionyl chloride (LiSOCl₂) batteries are known for their high energy density, long shelf life, and ability to operate in a wide range of temperatures.
Can be installed under the ground
SynNano has a compact design and innovative features.
The device works exclusively on battery, without requiring a connection to an external power source, allowing it to be installed even under the ground.
